The existing five story building on the corner of perry & mississippi was renovated into a mixed use occupancy. the second floor was transformed into residential with the rest of the floors being designated for office & commercial use. The exterior renovation included cleaning the existing masonry & installing new windows & canopies. A rooftop terrace was added to provide an amazing view of downtown buffalo. On the inside a mixture of the existing masonry with new materials such as carpet, tile, and wood floors gives the spaces a modern feel without compromising the history of the building.
