The former Buffalo Forge Manufacturing site was remediated and reimagined as an affordable residential development centered on health, wellness, and active living. The project incorporates multiple outdoor spaces, including a green roof, alongside integrated commercial storefronts that contribute to the revitalization of the Broadway corridor.
